strong spicy sauce using a unique blend of spices for that well known
Madras flavour.
You simply add water and heat! 1
part sauce concentrate to 3 parts water. Once made use as a pour over
sauce, for stir frying with meats and vegetables or simply as a dipping
sauce.
HERE’S HOW EASY IT
IS TO USE
1.
First, measure one part curry sauce mix to approx. 3 parts water
depending on thickness required.
2.
Add cold water to saucepan and then curry sauce mix to the water.
3.
Whisk mixture thoroughly whilst heating.
4.
Bring to boil and continue whisking. Leave to simmer for approx. 2
minutes.
5.
The delicious curry sauce is now ready for serving.
